Inner Image is one of those few bands who are capable of illuminating their own “inner image,” as a band, by assimilating diverse influences into a versatile and unique style that can appeal to fans across a wide range of heavy musical styles. I have not always been a fan of the nu-metal genre, or all of the bands to whom that label has been applied, but this is one band that I am looking forward to watching as they develop their talent. I, for one, will be following them for the foreseeable future. I am excited to see where their dedication and unique approach will carry them. After all, there is a rumor out there that the members of a band have their entire lives to write their first album, and grab the attention of an audience. The rumor also follow that it is the second album, and those that follow, that will tell you who they really are as musicians. I happen to believe that rumor to be true, and I am looking forward to watching these guys develop their art in the future.
